You can create your store at Shop101 using just your mobile. Download the App, click photos of your products with description and price and start selling. You get your own unique store link which anyone can open using a mobile phone or even a computer.

There are 3 ways of collecting payments. You can choose any or all of the options below.
The money will be paid out to the merchant’s bank account directly after debiting the payment gateway / COD charges. This would be done 2 days post the delivery to the buyer, provided there is no dispute raised by the consumer. Before money from the first sale can be transferred to you bank account, we would need your KYC docs (PAN Card and Bank account details) and would be verifying your bank account.
Anyone can sell on Shop101 provided you don’t sell anything which is prohibited by law. However, Shop101 reserves the right to restrict access to any and everyone without assigning any reason.
TIn case of any issues raised by the customer, the seller is expected to accept returns.
The final responsibility of delivering the order would rest with the seller. The seller needs to confirm once the delivery of the order has been made for the payment to be released. However, Shop101 would also be providing tie-ups with courier companies to enable merchants to ship goods easily.
To use a Shop101 delivery partner, pick Shop101 delivery partner as the shipping option on the store setup area. To schedule a pickup for any order, a representative from Shop101 would call you once you approve the order.
The process of cataloging is as easy as clicking a photograph and uploading it. You will have to fill in some additional details with the photograph such as the product price, description and quantity. You also have the option of filling in the details of variants of a particular product.
To make your Shop101 store look good we recommend taking good quality photographs with adequate lighting against a neutral background that show.
Every merchant gets a unique store link like www.shop101.com/demostore using which the buyers can directly reach the store. You have the option of sharing the link on Whatsapp and Facebook as well as on email using the “Share store” feature present on the vendor panel. You should also print the link on your business cards, store posters, boards etc to publicise your store.
Anybody who has the link to your store can browse and order products from your store. Also, users can search for your store in the Shop101 search bar.
The store will go live as soon as you set up your store and upload products.
No documents would be needed to open your store. Just fill in the basic details your store would go live. Your phone number will be verified through an OTP (One-Time-Password).
You will have a 2 day confirmation window within which you will have to finalise if the product is in the inventory or not . Post that you will have to finalize the delivery details such as the tracking number, estimated time of delivery etc. If the order is not confirmed within 2 days, the order shall be cancelled.
The seller will generate the invoice and attach it to the package.
No. You cannot sell used products on Shop101.
