What is Shop101’s Return & Exchange Policy?

Shop 101 has a very flexible Return & Exchange policy.

A customer has 5 days after delivery to return or exchange the product in case a wrong item is delivered, or the size and color does not match, or in case or other issues.

If the customer is not satisfied for any reason, they can initiate a return request through the app. However, the product must be in the original packing and must not be used.
