My seller panel shows my order as ‘delivered’ but the order hasn’t reached my customer. What should I do?

The reseller should inform Shop101 within 48 hours of the order marked as delivered on the seller panel. If the ‘Proof of Delivery (POD)’ does not match the buyer’s signature, the reseller should ensure that they inform Shop101 within 48 hours.

Please note that if both these requirements are not done within 48 hours, the company will not be able to process your request further.
