My customer has returned the product via RVP. How do I get a refund of my money?

It is mandatory to show proof of pickup either in the form of an RVP slip that is given to the buyer at the time of return or the pickup boy’s phone number. If neither of these proofs is collected and there is no intimation about the pickup to our RVP team, then Shop101 will not be able to refund your money.
