In such cases, the customer needs to raise a complaint with Shop101 within 72 hours of the order being delivered. Sharing the image of the label and shooting a video of unpacking of the delivery is mandatory. Make sure the AWB on the delivery box is clearly visible. This is important as it will help Shop101 raise a complaint firmly with the supplier and process your request faster.
